Privacy Policy

This policy applies to zenyinn.com and to the software Zenyinn publishes. Where a particular app handles data differently, that app's own disclosures and its app store privacy label describe exactly what it does, and those take precedence over the general description here.

zenyinn.com has no accounts to sign in to and no advertising. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages get read. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and cannot follow you to other sites. What comes back to us is counts, not people — we do not build a profile of you, and there is nothing here for us to sell or share.

The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes requests on our behalf and may log technical information such as IP addresses for security and abuse prevention. That processing is governed by Cloudflare's own terms, and we do not use it to identify or track individual visitors.

We design our apps to work on your device. As a rule they have no accounts, no sign-in, and no server of ours to talk to: what you do in an app stays on the device you did it on.

Where an app needs a device permission — sensors, location, microphone, photos — it asks at the moment it needs it, uses the data only to do the thing you asked for, and does not send it to us.

We do not embed advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or attribution frameworks in our software.

If you download our software from an app store, that store handles the transaction and gives us aggregate statistics — download counts, crash reports, and country-level summaries. We cannot identify you from any of it. The store's own handling of your data is covered by its privacy policy, not this one.

We keep your message so we can answer it and refer back to it if you write again. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not pass your address to anyone. Ask us to delete the thread and we will.

Our software is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone — which includes children, since we do not collect it from anybody.

Data protection law in places including the European Union, the United Kingdom, and California gives you rights to access, correct, delete, and port personal data held about you, and to object to certain processing. In our case the honest answer is usually that we hold none.

If you think we do, write to us and we will tell you exactly what there is and remove it on request. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We keep as little as possible, for as long as it is useful, and no longer. Correspondence is kept while a conversation is live and deleted when it is not. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but there is very little here to lose.

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top of this page. We will not quietly start collecting something and leave the policy as it was.
