Software obtained from an app store is also governed by that store's end user licence terms. Where the store's terms and ours disagree about your purchase from that store, the store's terms win.

The name Zenyinn, our logos, the names of our products, and the code, artwork, and audio in them remain ours. Nothing on this site transfers any of that to you.

Third-party components used in our software stay under their own licences, which are credited in the relevant product.

Do not use this site or our software to break the law, to interfere with how they work for other people, or to attempt unauthorised access to systems. That is the whole list.

This site and our software are provided as they are. We do not promise they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose you have in mind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties.

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by us, and nothing here affects consumer rights that cannot be waived where you live.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our software. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site or our software after a change means you accept the new version.
